I place my order but have yet to receive a delivery date

Price in cart was different than price on item. I contacted live help and she was not apologetic and offered nothing. Sad because I really wanted the item and was ready to use my $10 new customer code.

Two stars only for Shan’s prompt response to my email when I received the wrong shipment. The issue still hasn’t been resolved, and as a first time shopper with this company I cannot give them any more than two stars. Hopefully they can do better in the future, but not going to take my chances to find out!

Great selection, not user friendly for iPhone orders due to pop ups and widgets. Customer service was nice but unapologetic . I still haven’t received my shipment and it’s been over two weeks ... Im not thrilled at all. Just want my shipment fed ex says it’s in France now ?? From New Delhi India?? 7-10 business days my behind mommas!
