Needed replacement for RayBan lens. The official Rayban distributor (Luxotica) told me the style was discontinued, so I was happy to find ShadesDaddy claiming to still have inventory. The lenses were 50% more expensive from Shadesdaddy than what the official Rayban distributor quoted me, but I figured they are charging a premium for having keeping inventory for a continued model. Turns out shadesdaddy did not have the lenses (website not up to date), they secretly canceled my order without notifying me, and they were quite hard to get a hold of for customer service (they do not have a phone, and they do not reply to emails within 24h)

5/3/16 I'll be brief: Ordered a pair of raybans that were pictured with the RayBanP logo (which signifies polarized lenses). I received NON polarized lenses. Inquired online via i-m only to deal with a rude agent (Adam) that offered no resolution aside from a return that would cost me a restocking fee and no compensation for the misrepresentation. ZERO phone correspondence possible and all emails are responded with an automated response. I'd rather spend the extra $ at sunglass hut and support an honest company with customer service. If this company reverses themselves I'll gladly modify this review.

I ordered temples for my RayBans as I managed to loose a screw and one temple and they don't have screws or tamples in normal shops. I have waited over a month (from 4/11 to 14/12) for this to arrive. When it arrived it had no screws attached, who knows raybans knows that it's really hard to get a screw that fits the temples. So the temples are still sitting there and we are unable to do anything with it until we find screws. I've inquired about this from shadesdaddy but they did not respond to my inquiry. So it feels like a waste of money. Totally useless without the screws.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses for my son for a Christmas gift, they were too small and I just want to exchange them, the company no longer has a phone number to call and all returns must be done by email with a RA#. It is 1/10/16 and I am still waiting for my RA#, I tried to get info from the pop up Q/A sales rep and all it says it takes up to 2 weeks because of holiday demand. Well its been over 3 weeks and I have heard nothing! So frustrated and the glasses were to expensive to let this one go.

I ordered a pair of glasses online this morning and decided to cancel the order. I called the Customer Service number on the site within 10 minutes and advised them to cancel the order. I just received a shipment notice. I called the customer service number and the rep told me that it takes them 48 hours to process a cancelled order but they ship immediately. So, the glasses are on their way and I have to refuse the shipment, pay shipping both ways and a restocking fee because it's impossible to cancel an order. Pretty shady if you ask me.

These guys dont respond to your emails and neither do they bother to give a tracking number for your order. How in the world do they think we get our order when we paid so much for it! Looks like really a shady bussiness! haven't recieved my order yet!

I had such an amazing experience with Shadesdaddy. This company is all about customer service. I ordered a pair of 55" Raybans and when I received the package only 3 days after I placed the order I put them on and they where too small for my face. I called customer service to get their retur adrees for an exchange. They told me that if I called them with a tracking number they would be able to ship it to me that same day. When I called and gave them the tracking they emailed me the tracking information for the new shades... The 58" Raybans. I received them the very same week. I am so satisfied with this business and will definitely be using them again. Thank you Shadesdaddy for your wonderful customer service. I love my Raybans and have already recommended you to friends and family.

After waiting for 2 weeks I called 15 times before getting some one to answer,,they tell me they sent me a email saying that they couldn't get the glasses I ordered,,I never received that email,,now wating to get my damn money back,,BULLSHITERS
