I never received my product it's been 2 weeks

Literally the WORST customer support I have EVER experienced. These idiots charged my credit card 5 MONTHS before THEY even had the product I ordered, last I checked that's ILLEGAL. 15 days is a gross understatement of how long it will take to get your order once they charge your card. I ordered screws to fix my Raybans mid December, they charged my card within a few hours, and the screws didn't come until mid April.....UNACCEPTABLE. And to top off the disgrace they call a business, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with them, and I received no updates regarding the status of my order. I had to hassle the next to useless person manning the online chat, who told me that I needed to send an email, to which I got to reply. Needless to say, if it's possible to order from literally ANYWHERE ELSE, do yourself a favor and don't give these people your business.

I have ordered from Shades Daddy previously and had been happy with their products and service. This time, I ordered a pair of sunglasses that did not fit me. I contacted their online customer service, got information on how to return the glasses, sent them back and got a full refund. Now, that's good customer service. I will definitely reorder another pair of glasses, ones that hopefully will fit. Very happy with Shades Daddy.

It is impossible to get in touch with ShadesDaddy. I returned a pair of glasses which did not fit and ordered a another pair at a much higher price, which is perfect. Although I used the code, the final total did not reflect the price on screen - it was higher, of course. I was not able to contact anyone about the return, although the site says "easy returns," and have not received a credit.

Not happy. I received the wrong items I need, though it was my fault, there is no customer service to help. No one answers the phone and no quick response by email. I asked for help again, received an email with a link to get what I need, but apparently there are options to which is the right item. Waiting for a reply back to let me know which style I need to order. Please help. I need screw caps for the logo decoration on arm. I have rb8901 5262 53 17 145 Which screw style do I need to order?

I ordered 1pair of arms for my sunglasses on 6th March 2017. I finally received them on 20th April. Despite many chats online I wasn't able to get a satisfactory answer about my order. I live in the UK and wasn't advised until after I placed my order that my items had to be ordered from Italy. So my order went USA - ITALY -USA -UK. Not only that but I had paid $70.40 with shipping, Equating to £57.60 for the pleasure and only to be told that I had to pay another £16.66 to Revenue & Customs/ Royal Mail before I could get my items. So that makes a grand total of £74.26 for 1 pair of arms. That's the most expensive arms ever!!!!! If I had known this beforehand then I would of brought a new pair of glasses here in the UK. Never again..... Once bitten twice shy is the saying here. Wouldn't recommend to anybody. I didn't find their customer service helpful at all.Will never use them again.

I had seen the negative reviews for ShadesDaddy and had some hesitation in using them but my experince was nothing short of phenomenal. I ordered Ray Ban official lenses since mine had cracked and my order was received within a week. Everything was perfect, very quick, and professional. I would recommend ShadesDaddy for anyone looking for replacement lenses for their sunglasses. Update - one of my lenses fell out and was scratched (my fault) - word of note to be sure you snap those lenses in good! After reattaching I haven't had any issues. Again this isn't the fault of ShadesDaddy but my own bummer move.

Three and a half weeks since I placed my order and still nothing received.
