The first time I ordered parts for my glasses; they were sent to the wrong address then returned to the provider. I never got a refund. The second time I order parts my glasses; they miss the delivery date entirely then are shipped back to Texas even though they had already been shipped to Oregon which is the state they should be in. Now I have no idea when the parts will arrive since there is no delivery date.

Clearly there is something going wrong with your local post office or maybe you typed in your address incorrectly the delivery is entirely out of my hands.
