I ordered a replacement browbar for my Ray-Ban Clubmasters. While the piece looked correct at first glance, it turned out to be slightly smaller than the original. The fit was extremely tight and only almost aligned. As these are my personal glasses, I noticed the subtle difference right away. It might pass for casual use, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable installing this part for a customer—it’s just not precise enough

The glasses were listed incorrectly. But, they were in great shape and almost like new. Just disappointed that they were incorrect.

The product was delivered, but there are scratches on the inner left lenses and due to the mentioned cost of the product, a very heavy import fee was levied and the overall purchase became $100 more expensive.

Hello Arab, I see you purchased a of Persol 714 am sunglasses for $192 off the original MSRP I see that you are an international buyer, I am very sorry to hear that you had to pay $100 extra because of import fees. we have no way of controlling or knowing what these fees will be that that’s why we have the disclaimer on the web website. We are seriously considering shutting down all our international sales because of all the customers that get angry about something that we cannot control. As far as scratches on the left lens, I am so sorry to hear about this I personally check every individual pair before it gets sent out for quality control issues in your pair was flawless when it was sent out. these are the folding pair of 714 sunglasses and the inside metal temple can rub on the lens that’s why we had a protective plastic sleeve on each temple. Most likely what happened was over its 6,000 mile journey this happened.
