Persol 714SM - updated review
The Persol 714SM glasses that I purchased were described as new . Upon receipt of the glasses, it was evident that they were used. I reached out to SR and they told me that he would give me a refund. I return shipping label was sent and after SR received the return a refund was promptly issued. Thanks !

Hey Gregory, Sorry to hear your pair arrived in less than flawless condition. Your new pair and a preowned pair must have got switched up at our warehouse. We sent you a prepaid shipping label as soon as we sent that email it must have been lost in your spam folder. I see that you did locate the label and that item is on its way back as soon as we receive it we issue you a full refund sorry for the inconvenience we will do our best to make sure this doesn't happen again.
