UPDATE - After posting my review, I was contacted by a representative of the company. She was very nice and apologized for the delay. She was able to get my package processed and express shipped to my house by today (10/6) which is before my wear date. I am happy with customer service’s ability to have my issue resolved - however, I don’t know if it would have without writing my previous review. PREVIOUS REVIEW- Buyers beware!! Ordered a dress for my gender reveal on 9/13. Their website states that they have a 1-6 business day standard processing and 4-7 day shipping. It is 10/4 and I have still not received a shipping confirmation. I have contacted the company numerous times and all they say is that my order is “almost finished processing”. They have asked for my wear date (10/8) and promise it will be here by then. They said it will arrive Monday or Tuesday at the latest. They have two days to get the dress here and I highly doubt that is going to happen. I also commented on some of their posts hoping to warn buyers before placing an order - and they deleted my comment. They process the money the same day that you order it and only allow store credit for returns. Unless my order arrives tomorrow or Tuesday, my review stands firm at 1 star.

I found Sexy Mama on an off chance looking for a beautiful baby shower/wedding dress. I was immediately drawn to their styles. They have a great variety and I quickly found the dress that I knew would be perfect for my big day. I placed the order about a month in advance. They did take a little longer than they said on processing and preparing the dress, which was a little disappointing. However, every email I sent to the customer service was answered promptly and helpfully. When I expressed concerned about the dress arriving on time, they upgraded my shipping at no cost so that it would arrive in time. It did in fact arrive on time and gave me time to make sure the fit was perfect. The dress was super comfortable, beautiful, and exactly what I had seen on the website. It highlighted my figure very well for being 30 weeks pregnant. I loved it so much!

Before I placed my order I did the chat on their website and asked if my order would get to me by 10/3 which is the day of my maternity shoot and they assured me yes it would. I placed it that same night , the next day sent my measurements to them 9/16. Almost a week later I sent them another email asking when it would be shipped and they told me again it would arrive on time and it would be shipped out shortly. After emailing back and forth 4x I was promised it would arrive by 10/3, I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation and it is now 9/29. I wasted $128 and I will be disputing this transaction with my bank. Do not order from this site!!!!

I ordered my babyshower dress on August 23, my babyshower date is October 15. I was so excited about ordering from this website .. but now I’m completely torn. 150 dollars out of my pocket. I am a single mom. Doing everything by myself .. if my dress doesn’t come in my time .. I will have to cancel my babyshower and it breaks my heart cause I was looking forward to this so much . This is my first baby .... everytime I reach out to customer service via email they brush me off ... they say they understand I’m anxious ... it’s been 2 whole months ??? I ordered that way so I wouldn’t encounter problems. I don’t want to cancel because I wanted that dress so bad. It’s been 2 months and the dress is still not shipped

I was looking for so long to find the perfect dresses for my baby shower & maternity photos and I was so hesitate to even buy anything online because I was scared they wouldn’t fit but with sexy mama maternity I was not disappointed!!! The dresses were so stunning & fit perfectly!!! They look exactly like their pictures color & all!! I fully recommend them to anyone. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

When shopping for the perfect dress, I came across sexy mama maternity, I was amazed at how many different styles and colors there were. The dress I chose was so soft and super comfortable for my sensitive skin and I got so many compliments at my baby shower. Not to mention how fast I got it. I ordered and paid a little extra for faster processing and it came within a week. I’m obsessed with sexy mama maternity, I will be purchasing more of their clothing ❤️

My shopping experience was amazing with sexy mama maternity!! I love all the different color variations that they offer! I knew I didn’t want the standard pink dress but I did want something in the “pink family.” I don’t remember the day I ordered the dress but it did come in super quick and I love getting my stuff quick! The quality of the dress is AMAZING!! It’s soo comfortable and I loved the way it hugged my pregnant and growing belly!!💕💕 I felt very sexy and happy in this dress! You guys have great clothing I have some other dresses that I ordered from them months ago that are super comfortable and sexy!!💕💕

I loooooove my dress it fits perfect and can’t wait to wear it to my babyshower. I gave it 4 stars due to the delay in processing and shipping. However once it was sent out I received it in less than 24hours. Customer service was great and very accommodating and professional.
