Sexy Mama MaternityReviews of sexymamamaternity.com

This dress is absolutely amazing. It was really hard for me to find a maternity dress that I still could feel sexy in. Until I came across your website and fell in love with this sky blue long sleeve shower gown with a mini train. 😍😍 it’s snug in all the right places and the feel of the dress is so soft and stretches perfectly over my belly. I also felt like I could breathe and move around so easily in it. I give this dress a 10/10 and will be buying more from you all. ❤️

So glad I found this site! I used the measuring guide to help me and everything I bought fit perfectly. The fabric is so buttery soft and great quality. Everything I’ve worn has gotten so many compliments. I can’t wait to order more!

Best dress ever, got lots of compliments on it! It was just so comfortable and stunning 😍

My dress I ordered for my baby shower was absolutely stunning! I ordered a size 2 in the color blush. I am 5’9 and pre pregnancy a size 10 for reference with a large chest (34E pre pregnancy) The material and quality of the dress is amazing. Thick with some stretch - but not too much! It can even be worn post baby. Not your typical maternity dress. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is - if you live internationally (I live in Canada) shipping can take a VERY long time. It took 2 months for my dress to arrive - so pay the extra shipping if you need your clothing sooner!

It was supposed to be a gift for my wife's birthday and she was going to love it. Instead, I ended up with a month late birthday present that didn't even fit. We gave all the measurements that were requested and the date we'd planned to have our maternity photoshoot. Instead of sending the product right away, I guess they thought it would be ok to wait to send it on the day of the photoshoot. I had to make several requests to have it expedited. When the dress arrived, even with the stretchy material, it was too tight on my wife's belly. It was almost like it was tailored it for the day I'd given the measurements instead of the date of the photoshoot. We were so disappointed. When we went to send it back, Sexy Mama's didn't want to accept the return. Instead they told us their 'expert designers' thought the dress looked great on my wife (i sent them photos to prove it was not looking right). Finally they agreed to the return, but of course there would be one more problem. They got the return and about a week later I received an email saying they were granting us store credit instead of a refund. Now my wife is too far along for needing anything sexy/maternity and I definitely don't want to go through this experience again. It's a shame, we had our maternity photoshoot last week and it really would've been nice to write something nice about the sexy mama brand. Instead, we had to buy some last minute dress so she could have something. Way to ruin a birthday and maternity shoot SMM :(

Their website stated some days to process order and some days to receive by mail. It took almost 2 months to get my items. I tried emailing them on multiple occasions to cancel my order but they would not give me my money back. They stated their return policy is only store credit....but I never had received the order at that point. The clothes I got are poor quality. The 2 skirts I got in different colors, but the same size fit differently than one another. I got a skirt with overalls and the overalls are so long they are the length of my whole body, plus they are stitched to the skirt in uneven places on the skirt. I will have to get fixed. Not worth trying to return or have new ones sent. I'm just never recommending or shopping here again.

Toward the end of my second trimester I had started to feel incredibly insecure about my pregnancy body so shopping for my maternity photoshoot was a bit of a struggle. I stumbled upon a dress that I found to be super flattering from Sexy Mama Maternity and immediately placed an order! The gown I chose is the Long Sleeve Tie Front Gown with Mini Train in the color Taupe and I felt absolutely AMAZING in it as soon as I put it on! The fabric is stretchy and light so I wasn’t overheating during my shoot with @bluerosepictures, but it was also somehow still substantial enough that it was both forgiving and supportive with my (new) curves. I love that the sash was sewn in place in the back so (1) it can’t get separated / lost, and (2) it stays put once you tie it! The brand has definitely become my go-to for maternity event and photoshoot dresses for any future pregnancies; I can’t recommend them enough!

I was so hesitant to buy maternity clothes for a formal event online before trying them on but im so glad i took a leap of faith. I had gotten so many compliments on my dress throughout the evening. The sizing chart is very safe to go by. I would suggest getting your order in sooner rather than later because it took about 2 1/2 weeks to ship but their customer service was amazing with communication and got my dress to me on time! I will definitely be ordering from SMM again!
