Product was shipped and received as…
Product was shipped and received as expected with all of the representative parts included. There was no instructions manual as was indicated on the YouTube video demonstrating the swing. All in all, a decent product. I replaced the spring with one that would hold more weight; changed out a quick link and ignored the eye bolt included in the swing. I am modifying the swing to provide us maximum utilization.

Thanks for the review. Just for reference for other readers, you are referring to the WhipSmart Pleasure Swing. I am sorry for any problem with the instructions. This product was recently purchased by a different company and they are making some changes to packaging and instructions. We will update our video content once things are set in stone. A copy of the instructions are available on our website under instructions and scroll all the way to the bottom and click the WhipSmart link.
