Sorry for the problem. It is not acceptable and we fully agree with you. This is why most swing ship directly from us and we do not accept returns. Nobody wants to receive a used sex item- ever. We are in contact with the distributors and manufacturer trying to figure out who accepted a returned item and thought it was OK to repackage it and send it out from their warehouse- definitely not us. Unfortnatually, your original contact was completely misunderstood by us and we totally acknowledge the steps we could have taken to clear the matter up quickly for you, and we do apologize for all the trouble.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear that you have received too many review requests. We aim to have the best customer service and provide the best product reviews the internet. And our customers are vital in providing their feedback. I do believe there should be two review requests from Trustpilot, a 3rd party review system. It is my understanding they will send a request 14 days after purchase and a follow up 7 days later. There should be an unsubscribe link in those emails to stop receiving emails from Trustpilot. This is from a 3rd party review agency that reports back to places like google. We do send out a single request for product reviews after 21 days. Customer reviews on products are invaluable in helping future buyers find the swing they are looking for. Without them, our site would be not nearly as useful. Hope this all makes sense, and I am sorry for any inconvenience. Abby

At the top of our site in the main menu, you will find all the instructions under the link labeled instructions. It includes links to all of the swings instructions as well as information and tips that go well beyond the manufacturer's instructions. I am sorry if there was missed communications between you and our staff. I am not sure what product you ordered, but if it was a Screamer swing, there should be a card with a link to where the instructions are. This is part of their discrete shipping policy. Screamer products are always not labeled or identified and ship through customs as fitness equipment. Other swings packaged without graphic instructions include Wild Side, Stockroom, and Strict Leather.
