Our apologies. You ordered on a weekend and you were sent tracking information on the first business day. We are sorry you did not see that in the email that you used when you placed your order. Furthermore, in said tracking, there was a notice from UPS that there was a delay because of weather. So here again, we are very sorry that we do not control the weather. Rest assured, it is our long term goal to purchase an email company, buy UPS and a machine to control the weather so we can have complete control over all aspects of the American supply chain and hence improve our delivery.

We are a sex swing company. A headrest is a sex swing accessory. When someone buys a sex swing from us, they get a headrest for free. You purchased a sex swing from another company. Yes, you did buy an accessory from us but why would our system give a sex swing accessory to someone that is not buying a swing? This seems obvious, but it is also clearly stated on our website. We give free headrests when someone buys a swing and a free chain kit when someone buys a sling. That has been our policy for many years and we always try to honor that.

Sorry for any confusion. Your refund was issued and there was confusion because you ordered more than one swing and only refused part of the order and so the warehouse was waiting to receive the other part of the order back. We did not know that you were keeping half of it.

Yes, you ordered items from 2 separate warehouses. You did not contact support, so I will have them make sure you have tracking number for the second part which is due to arrive on Thursday. I can not share tracking information or deal with specifics of customer support on this thread. UPDATE: Tracking shows this arrived on Wednesday ahead of schedule. Let us know if you have any issues.

We shipped to the address you provided. You did notify us once it was shipped the address was incorrect and we had agreed to resend once it was received and processed back into the system. Rerouting back to the east coast from the west coast during the holidays especially can take some time. We just received the package 2 days ago and it was put back into the system yesterday to resend 2 day air to the new address you provided. We also have responded to your help desk tickets and our phone service is working. Your package should be there next week- remember it is the holidays and shipping companies could be backlogged in delivery times. We do our best. Sorry you were not happy, we do try to our best.
