Happy Happy Happy. Great service and prompt delivery
Great service and prompt delivery. Excellent quality. But would like the option to purchase additional padded seat straps for added comfort. Thanks

Customer Service is lacking
The product was received quickly, but with no instructions for use. When I emailed their question/input address, I didn't ever receive any response, except their automated bot saying that they received my email. Apparently, they have no customer service of any kind.

At the top of our site in the main menu, you will find all the instructions under the link labeled instructions. It includes links to all of the swings instructions as well as information and tips that go well beyond the manufacturer's instructions. I am sorry if there was missed communications between you and our staff. I am not sure what product you ordered, but if it was a Screamer swing, there should be a card with a link to where the instructions are. This is part of their discrete shipping policy. Screamer products are always not labeled or identified and ship through customs as fitness equipment. Other swings packaged without graphic instructions include Wild Side, Stockroom, and Strict Leather. You can read more about this in videos on our website such as under the buyer's guide then shipping. Let us know if you still need additional information.
