Great experience in every way!! Super fast delivery!!

best money spent on a toy in a while. I was a little nervous mounting the thing in the ceiling, but everything's great so far, and we have used it three x in the first week. Wife has dung the bell 3 x per session which is not the norm. Everyonce and a while that happens, but this has been consistent which is fun for all.

Disappointed that I was able to place an order only to be contacted to say that they could not ship out to the U.K. But they where very accommodating and offered an alternative or a refund.

Would recommend this company to anyone. Paid for 2 day shipping and was sent an email saying they are refunding my shipping because with where they are and priority shipping it would be here in 2 days. Swing is great but needs book with pictures of different positions.

Product was exactly as advertised and shipping was fast. I only have two complaints, 1 for the product, the handles for holding oneself up are not comfortable at all. They require some actual foam padding. 2, is the lack of information around using the product. One is left to figure out how to use the swing, what positions are possible and how to get there. With other products or furniture, there is at least a little picture guide on what to do and how to do it. This appears to be a problem around swings in general as even googling results in little information.
