Package arrived on time and was as promised. Product is great. It would be helpful to include different positions that can be used for the swing, and how to position the different pieces. I am a swing newbie and it would be great to see how to set it up.

Order arrived quickly - only criticism is that the instructions for installation could be a bit clearer and a printed version would be helpful

Thanks for your reply. Yes the instructions are sometimes a challenge but different items are packaged differently. We had a review just 2 days ago from someone that purchased a different item that came with more graphic packaging and instructions included rather than online. Her package was damage by the mail carrier and partially opened and as a result she felt it was not discreet enough. While all items ship in a brown box, some items have no graphic packaging or instructions included so that in the event it is opened by mail carriers, customs agents, kids, etc. it is still discreet.

Product was shipped fast and I liked that it was only 20 bucks to Canada. Also could track the shipment along its way
