We understand that our phones do go to voicemail when we are not able to answer it. We respond to any voicemail that is left. I am sorry that we are not able to answer every single call at the same time. We do not have a large call center and instead have reps that know our products and can answer all product questions. I have checked your tracking again and confirmed that your package was delivered. Please let us know if you still have answers.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear that you have received too many review requests. We aim to have the best customer service and provide the best product reviews the internet. And our customers are vital in providing their feedback. I do believe there should be two review requests from Trustpilot, a 3rd party review system. It is my understanding they will send a request 14 days after purchase and a follow up 7 days later. There should be an unsubscribe link in those emails to stop receiving emails from Trustpilot. This is from a 3rd party review agency that reports back to places like google. We do send out a single request for product reviews after 21 days. Customer reviews on products are invaluable in helping future buyers find the swing they are looking for. Without them, our site would be not nearly as useful. Hope this all makes sense, and I am sorry for any inconvenience. Abby
