My wife was a little apprehensive at first. But once she got in...😜 She honestly said I my find her napping in it some day! As far as being a sex sling, it is OUTSTANDING! Yes it needs set up, but I am a carpenter. No biggie. So much easier on my body being able to stand up and not be on my knees or otherwise. Should have bought it years ago.

Sorry you did not find the product satisfactory. Please feel free to visit the product page and leave a review. You left this as a review of our companies service which I hope was excellent. Now the reasoning here is simple. About 1/2 of the products on our site do not include an eye hook. This is because the eye hook is not the only way to mount the swings. There are many ways to install a swing using different stands, straps and hardware (eye hooks for wood or anchors for concrete). The way a swing is installed is very much left as a choice of the user on how and where they plan on using the swing.

I placed an order for some items, based on their processing and shipping time. Their website states in stock items ship one to two days after it is placed. So I should have them before the weekend ordering 5 days in advance. The payment cleared the next day after I ordered. I did not receive any info after that. 3 days after the order and still have not heard anything I sent an email and placed numerous phone calls. On the 4th day I finally got a response from them, they said they have not shipped because the were not sure if I wanted all my items. They said they were trying to save me some money. Well because I was not getting the items when I needed them I did cancel some of the extras I originally wanted. Needless to say it actually took 9 days after I placed my order to get them. They said they would compensate me for the delay and refund the items they did not ship. I did get a refund for the items I did not receive but have not got any thing else. It has been a week since then and I have again sent emails and have not heard anything. So i highly doubt I will get what I was promised and I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!! So an update, they respond to this negative review but still have not contacted me. She states that they sent an email, I did not receive any email from them in my inbox or spam folder or any other folder. Funny how this representative of this company does not even look into my order. I have an email from them with the header of" Your SexSwing.com order from May 28, 2018 is complete. Within said email it gives me a tracking number and date of June 4, 2018 the day they shipped. Expected Delivery on WEDNESDAY 6TH OF JUNE. Pretty easy math and not the same she is stating. ☆☆☆UPDATE☆☆☆ They do have one fantastic employee there and I highly recommend her if you need to have any contact with them. Abby was fantastic at clearing everything up and making sure everything was done. I apologize to her for my harshness but in the end she is a great employee. Becuase of her and her alone I will do business with them again so long as she is the person I get to deal with. Thank you Abby

Your order was received June 1. It shipped June 4. It was delivered June 6 according to tracking. I am sorry you were not happy with our service. Often times people order extra items when they do not realize the items that are included with the swings they purchase. When we see orders like this, our policy is to email you immediately and verify that you are actually getting what you need. We did not receive a response to our email sent on shipping day for several days.. I am sorry. Yes, it would be far easier and more profitable to just send the items and make more money, but we do not believe that is in the best interest of our customers. When we email to verify orders we believe correct, we are right about 90% of the time and save our customers a lot of money. Or goal is to always do what we think is right for our customers. Most of the time people appreciate that. Sorry again for your troubles.

Received shipping number showing the 2 items purchased under that number. I received only one of the items. I Tried several times to contact CS to find out where the second item was. Several calls and emails resulted in no contact from customer service. I suspected one item may have been stolen from my porch. It showed delivered in the shipping information. Never heard word one from sexswings to tell me anyting. I ordered the same item from another vendor and it arrived in 2 days with free shipping. Gues what showed up at my door. 2 of the identical items. The item purchased finally showed up, but how was I to know it was coming from sexswings with zero customer support info. So this company cost me 350 dollars for a second sling. Neither of which can be returned.
