"I opened my account for Christmas shopping. I ordered a second time and was told I have to pay for the item I can’t use my credit. I called and they said it was a mistake and processed the order with my credit. Next time I ordered the same thing happened. Now when I try to order, my orderes are declined even though I have more than enough credit for them. Customer service states that I can’t use my credit anymore because I ordered to many times and I paid my bill before it was due."

This company is a total Rip off. I ordered a coffee table from them and was missing four parts when I received the product. I contacted customer service to let them know and was told 2 weeks to ship them. Two weeks came and I received nothing. I reached out to the BBB and that's when someone from the company called and left me a voicemail. I contacted them back, they then tell me the parts that I'm missing is no longer in stock. So I asked for shipping label so I can return the products. Instead of emailing it to me, they shipped it according to them. So now I'm waiting to see if it actually comes. Such a headache. After I pay off my credit card with them, I'm closing it and shop elsewhere.

This is the place to shop. It's affordable. You can apply for credit, low payments. They have bright colors for Bed and Bath, Kitchen Ware is so pretty. It is a very Fun store. Beautiful Laps and Rugs, Have fun Shopping!!

The order arrives fast, and the quality is good, I love everything I have ordered from them

I purchased an indoor/outdoor rug from Seventh Avenue two months ago. When it arrived, it looked like it had been in a war. The bag it was in was muddy and shredded. One end of the rug was exposed and it was coming unraveled. I contacted them through the customer service link on their website about what to do. I couldn't return it in its original bag because the bag was too damaged. After three emails to customer service, I've still not received a response (and yes, I've been checking my SPAM folder). I've spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years, so this is especially irritating. This company is related to Swiss Colony, Monroe, Country Door and Ginnys. I cannot believe they have not offered to replace the rug or credit my account. I really don't understand how a company can survive with such poor customer service.
