Called to get my mom's name off their mailing list, she is in a nursing home after a stroke. They insisted they had to speak with her which is NOT POSSIBLE. Then they wanted a copy of my power-of-attorney and her social security number!! I will NEVER give my personal information out just to stop receiving some useless junk catalog!! What kind of scam are they running anyway? I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau because this is the worst form of customer service.

I love their products but are a bit higher than other companies and never offer free shipping!

The company is ok and I love how fast they ship items. If you are ordering household items this site is great, electronic items they really need to step it up. Not sure why they don’t get high end electronic items instead of all this cheap brand stuff. Step up the electronic section and this site could give fingerhut a run. Til then it’s just ok at best

Horrible company very low quality . Scam.Big scam

Somehow my name and address was put on another persons order. I never even heard of Seventh Avenue until I began receiving this persons bills and information. I call Seventh Avenue and they say there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO! They wouldnt even submit it as fraud. MY name and address for something I NEVER ordered, not even being shipped to me, and they dont think its fraud. Even after they assured me I wouldnt receive any more of issues, 3 weeks later I received another letter. Terrible customer service, terrible business.

My experience has been fine no complaints

I have order from this company for years. I have never had a problem with them. It’s items I’ve ordered has been awesome. No bad experience and the clerks are always nice.

I have ordered from them for about a year or so now and never had a problem till I went to make November's payment on line like I usually do. I put in the amount; which was a little more then the requested minimum and wrote down the confirmation number. Three days later I go to my bank account online to check my balance and my direct deposit and low and behold; Seventh Avenue has taken the entire amount due to them instead of the amount I actually paid which emptied my bank account including my pay check that was direct deposit. I call them and get nothing but lies; first I am told they can't see where this was done so I have to fax them the portion of my statement showing it and they will refund me. I get the fax number and get to the bank; explain the situation only to find out that the fax number I was given was the wrong one. Call them while I am there; get new fax number and the paper was sent. I am told 24 to 48 hours and it will be refunded. That was on a Friday. By Monday I call back to check that the fax was received only to be told that yes it was but it will be 4 to 5 days before refund. I guess they train their people to lie. Once I get them paid off which will be after I get caught up on all that I ended up behind on because of them. Don't use this company; my next step is the BBB....
