If I could give no stars I would. I been with seventh Ave since covid and when I tell you this company is awful. Makes your credit look bad. I had a customized travel bag done and I was seriously racial profile my bag was customized with the words black xxx. Trash items

Someone opened a fraudulent account in my maiden name, I called their credit department and they were dismissive and incompetent dicks. Filed a complaint with the credit bureau.

Terrible service. I purchased and item ana sending it back + the restocking fee cost me more than the merchandise. Will never purchase from this company again.

Will give away your info to other company's so the other company can open an account you don't authorize and charge you for product you didn't receive

Sent wrong size bedding and I talked to customer service on phone and they assured me the order was correct they charged me for right size but sent wrong size and the delivery was so messy It kept being a delay on the delivery each day !!!!

My mom purchased a couch on Oct.20,2025. It took two for months delivery,(Dec.21,2026) and they also informed her; she would have to pay tariffs,because the couch was coming from overseas. The couch is garbage it collapsed this week, after having it for two months. they told her they have a 60 day return policy the couch literally broke down on the 56th day, and they told her there was nothing they could do. Please beware of this company , they do not stand by their products and the customer service was really rude to my mom. My mom is a senior and she received their book in the mail.I believe they may target the elderly. PLEASE BEWARE!!! Seventh Avenue.com
