I've ordered 2 zip up hoodies May 14. To this date, I have not recieved. Contacted customer service and they said my order was delivered, hence, the town was not correct,as well as the order number. I paid $130.00 for merchandise I have never recieved. This issue is ongoing. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered two blankets and they stated they were shipped a few days later but never left preshipment. I originally ordered May 17th and it’s now June 15th and I have no items. I contacted several times for a refund but keep getting generic responses and the last response said “sorry to hear, we will get them resent to you.” I don’t want the items anymore! I just want a refund and I’ve told them that several times! Of course there’s no phone number anywhere to actually speak to someone. I will never purchase from the company again!

The material is awful. The exact opposite of what they said. I’ll return both tomorrow. Wish I read the reviews before I wasted my money. Cheap crap that costs a lot. I wish I could speak with the founders who describe this company in a completely BS manner. BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE

I like the material and the fit. I'm not sure the name butter is applicable here, but I understand marketing lol.

I am beyond disappointed. They butter cream hoodie was so poorly made. See-through and cheap. I returned and they had the audacity to charge me a $15 processing fee for an already over priced hoodie. I would never recommend this company and their way over priced, poor quality, inexpensive looking hoodies that they charge a $15 return processing fee for. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered 2 of the sweatshirts and am terribly disappointed. Cheap fabric. Original tags cut out. Sleeves were super long. I have worn one of them about 3 times for a few hours and the fabric is already pilling. Not worth the money. Will never buy from this company again.

I ordered a unisex, cotton candy tie dye butter hoodie, size medium. This was a splurge for me and I was excited to have what I thought would be a nicer hoodie than my other hoodies. I wear a women's medium. A man's medium always fits me somewhat large, which is how I like my hoodies to fit. The hoodie I received fit tight and long. Also the color is so faint, not like the pictures. It looks to me like an accident of color transfer in the wash, not like it's supposed to be that way, because the colors are so faint. I tried to get a refund, but there's a $15 fee. So they keep $15 and the customer gets nothing. I don't see why I should be punished for a badly made garment. It also doesn't feel to me to be any softer than any other hoodie.

I purchased two butter hoodies that say they are the softest sweatshirt ever. I may agree with that but after only wearing once, the material pilled and balled up all over. Definitely not worth the price!
