sevenrocklife.comOUR MISSIONOutfitting & Inspiring The Everyday Explorer™We are more than just a product, we are a vision to help others live a balanced life.THE STORYSRL began as a mindset that turned into a best selling book called “The 7 Rocks Of Life” based on a true story. A year later the founder went on a trip to Africa to help build schools & was able to donate 100 shirts to kids. When he saw how happy the kids were receiving new clothes it made him realize what clothes can do for the human soul.GIVING BACKThat next year he went on a ski trip to Lake Tahoe with his brother. Steve was able to be in nature, surrounded by water, rocks & mountains with views for days. Seeing how adventure can help the human spirit he decided to launch SRL as a leisure & apparel company.

I generally love the style/fit/cost but…. I have been waiting since March of this year for pre order sweatshirts. I keep getting a generic message each time I email them, wait 90-120 days, well it’s been almost 7 months and nothing. The company fails to respond to my specific order and I’m over it!! 3 stars was generous with this experience Sincerely Never Again!!

I placed an order on February 12, 2026, it was a special order which says to allow 90 to 120 days. It is now way past that time. I have sent several emails and all I get is a standard form letter. I would like an answer please.

I have ordered from SRL before but I ordered again, this time in January-a pre order. It says pre-orders could take up to 120 days but we are at 140 days now. My emails to the company just get canned, generic responses in return. I'm turning to my credit card now for help. Don't order anything pre-order from them!

No customer service or follow up responses given when contacted regarding orders. It is 3/21, and I still have not received product I ordered on 12/18. I have had to file disputes to get my money back for two different orders.

I ordered and paid for a blanket that was a king size. They sent me a toddler size one. I sent photos of my ordered showing I ordered and paid for a king size. In addition, a photo of the blanket and tag , they sent me, showing it was definitely not correct. They REFUSE to send me the correct item I paid for .. FRAUD!!! No one will get back to me .. only emailing me saying the item can not be returned.. I want the correct item. HORRIBLE company.

They ship incorrect merchandise and do not honor the return policy.

Just bought a hoodie from them and it is not “buttery soft” but rather just like any other hoodie I could have bought at Walmart. And small in size too and I ordered the size I normally wear. Not worth the money!
