Update: My order was delivered on 1-26-22. The head area on the shirt was so small that my daughter could not even get her head through it to try it on. And no…she doesn’t have a big head! She is average. Defective! Waste of money!! DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered 12-27-2021. I still have not received my order. Have contacted via email and Facebook. Will not respond. The only response I received is when I gave a negative review on Facebook. They deleted the comment and blocked me.

I ordered my item Dec 8 and still have not received it. Gave me a tracking number mid December and USPS has never received the package. I've emailed them at least 10 times and I'm told to be patient they'll check on it. Never order from this company! No phone number anywhere that you can speak to them. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.

HORRIBLE return policy: claim they don't refund for promo/discounted items-but I paid FULL price?! I also contacted them the day I received it so it wasn't beyond the return window. Butter sweatshirt runs small, looks sloppy, and looks like a cheap material. The top of the website claims easy returns?! I have to pay for new packaging and a shipping label...and only get store credit. Now I am stuck with a $70 credit for items that won't fit me. Awesome :( AVOID this company!

I returned 2 new sweatshirts due to size and quality. I was sent a return label. I received notice that both were received and the amount that I was to be credited. They don't do refunds and only gave me on site credit for 1. They are not replying to emails and no other way to contact them. Has been over 3 weeks. If you have a contact # please share.

My order was from 11/11, I got an email saying my order was shipping 11/25. I have sent 3 emails asking for a status and only received a standard reply of delays are occuring. How can you contact this company!

The sweatshirts I got were really soft and wonderful to wear! They washed perfectly! Thank you!
