The beautiful colors of the rug fit my guest room so well and it was well wrapped to ship. I'll order from them again.

Wonderful service and extremely responsive to inquiries.

Ordered candle as a gift. After waiting 12 days and still didn’t receive item, I tracked it to first mail location and lost thereafter. I had to call company and update them. They apologized but said that it was very last candle and they refunded. So no candle did receive refund but I had to do all the work

I had ordered two ceramic succelents from them. When they arrived they both were broken. I called but no one was available to answer my call. Within minutes Leon called me back because of caller ID and had looked up my name and order number. He was wonderful. I told him what had happened and he was contacting shipping right away to send out two new ones. He only asked me to send photo's of the broken pieces so they could make a claim. I did. One of the best customer service's that I have dealt with

Fair pricing Expeditious delivery Excellent packaging Product as expected

Excellent communication and super fast shipping. Fragile dish ware was packed extremely well. Thanks! Highly recommend

Ordered a Minneka Silver Jute Rug by VHC. Besides looking good, it is very comfortable on the feet. Being made of "natural fibers" it did not have that chemical smell common to rugs. It came on time and looks great. Thanks Seven Colonial

I bought a pair of salt and pepper shakers for a friend’s birthday. Not only did she absolutely love them and they shipped on time. They also recognized that the shipping address was different from billing and contacted me directly inquiring if the invoice amount needed to be left out of the package. Above and beyond service! I will definitely be back in the future!
