Do not ship via USPS!
UPDATE: 02/17 I received the delivery finally. It was not shipped signature required like the last one. That was helpful. Upgraded to three stars for getting the order to me at all. It shouldn't have taken 8 weeks. Seven Cells has a unique place in the market and unlike most healthcare businesses, they are actually trying to save lives. Support them and order your early treatment drugs from them. My best advice is to be sure to pay what it takes to ship via FedEx or UPS. The USPS, like much of the government the last couple years, can not be trusted with life saving meds. A better shipper will get it to you so you can avoid dealing with problems at Seven Cells customer support. They are great pharmacists and heroes in the pandemic, but customer service isn't their best thing. In this order USPS harmed both parties. UPDATE: My strong recommendation to any online shipper, but especially one shipping medication, is to avoid USPS. FedEx and UPS are far more reliable and have better tracking. Accountability is everything. Don’t punish your customers for a bad carrier. UPDATE: Thank you for your reply Mr Cheung. Yes, I have reviewed ONE other vendor on Trust Pilot. I have engaged in e-commerce with dozens of companies and could always resolve any problems with the exception of TWO companies. Roselinlin, a budget importer of clothing, and Seven Cells. It appears that all of my contact prior to a TrustPilot review were ignored by Seven Cells but it is finally being addressed. I just checked my sent items and I have sent 20 emails to Seven Cells regarding this order and 30 minutes on the phone yesterday. When an e-commerce company refuses to settle an issue a buyer has little recourse. Trustpilot is the most reputable one available. Future customers should note that Mr Cheung attempted to again blame his customer by referring to the ONE other complaint I filed in my 20 years of e-commerce buying. Seven Cells has the market cornered right now on what they sell so we're stuck with them. You just need to be aware of the character of a company when you buy. I titled my review that they blame the customer...and a representative of this company posted a comment...where he blamed the customer. On December 27th I paid $313.77 to Seven Cells. On February 15th I have nothing to show for it. That has nothing to do with a couple of T-shirts I ordered last Christmas. But Seven Cells would rather imply some character flaw in their customer than address their failure. It's disappointing. UPDATE: minutes after this review went live I received an email that says “a new order is being shipped” along with another USPS tracking. I’ll update this if there’s any problem. It looks like my order from December 27th should arrive in late February. I’m glad they are finally trying to make it right. I purchased the early treatment kit on December 27th. I paid $18 for shipping via USPS. Signature was required and I wasn't home that day. USPS left a note on how to reschedule. I scheduled for the next day. Tracking still shows that redelivery was scheduled for that day. USPS never attempted delivery. I contacted the local post office and asked for their help with no luck. I contacted Seven Cells and asked for their help. They blamed me for USPS failure to deliver. They later promised to replace the order, which I wanted. They offered to refund one time but I said I wanted the order. Yet nothing happened. Finally on February 14th Seven Cells emailed and said that they were evaluating the situation and will get back to me. I called and the customer service person told me again that I need to pursue it with USPS even though I am not the shipper. I asked for a manager to call me and it never happened. I paid $300 from my HSA for my order. It's Seven Cells responsibility to deliver what I purchased or refund the money. If they refunded it I would immediately place the order again! I have sold many things online myself and if my shipper failed to deliver I know that it's MY responsibility to make it right for my buyer. I'm not a thief. I'm an ethical person who expects a fair transaction. Unfortunately when there was a problem with my purchase from Seven Cells they failed to hold up their end of the deal. It's disappointing. I've put a lot of time into this and after 8 weeks of waiting I'm going to accept that Seven Cells is taking my $300 and I'll get nothing. There's really nothing more I can do. I hate that I had to resort to leaving this review. I've emailed over and over and called. I'm powerless to fix the problem and I suppose Seven Cells knows that. My only recourse is to provide my experience to future buyers as a cautionary tale.

David, this is the first I have heard of your situation. I am personally looking into it. What is your order number? You seem to have had similar reviews for other companies as well. As this is a medication, there needs to be proper documentation that a drug was lost with the carrier themselves. They are independent of us and are also regulated and tracked because this is a drug.
