Abysmal communication they won’t answer calls they won’t return voicemails nor email back with non automated messages.. user beware. Haven’t missed a dosage however came close and required several calls to get a hold of someone to get my medication overnighted (was suppose 2 day delivery).

My most recent shipment arrived warm. I live in Florida and with 2 day shipping the small ice pack didn’t suffice! I don’t want to use a compounded product that is required to remain refrigerated.

It's perfectly fine if you received your medication and it's warm instead of cold. Upon receipt, we advise placing it in the refrigerator promptly. While it can remain unrefrigerated for a couple of days, we recommend refrigerating it immediately to prevent forgetting. The medication can withstand temperatures of up to 140 degrees for 3 days and 86 degrees for 28 days.

I’m 3 doses in and haven’t lost a pound. I expressed my concern with the dosage immediately and was spoken to like I was ignorant. I know each person reacts differently but this is a LOT of money to have zero results!

Weight loss typically isn't noticeable during the initial stages of medication dosage. It's during the gradual titration process, which can span from 5 to 9 weeks, that discernible results become evident.

For orders placed between Monday and Wednesday before 12 PM EST, we ensure prompt processing. However, orders received from Thursday to Sunday are scheduled for processing on Monday, as our pharmacy remains closed over the weekend, and FedEx does not operate deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Love being able to get medications on the internet. I don't like the fact I can't order for my husband and myself in 1 order. each order has to be placed and shipped separate.

This is because two separate questionnaires need to be filled out for each of you! We do understand how that can be kind of annoying. I will let the managers know and see if there is an easier way we can get you your medication for both you and your husband without having to go through the process multiple times. I do know they are currently working on patient portals, which will make it easier to order without having to go through the whole process multiple times. Most medications will have up to 12 refills and you will only have to refill out the questionnaire once the refills are up or the prescription is expired. I hope that will make things easier!
