I’d give them a zero if I could. Things were going well with my first two doses, but then I got approved for a higher dose of tirzepatide from Embody. My provider approved the increase on September 2, and I was charged $129 on September 7. Weeks went by without any updates on my shipment. I spent hours and weeks getting nowhere with Embody until I finally had a telehealth visit where the provider gave me the pharmacy info and placed another claim with the right person in embody to assist me further. It’s now October 6 and I still haven't received any tracking information.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Shipped warm medication when it was supposed to be cold and they said it was still safe to use. I offered to send it back to get a new one, but was denied. No refund given

Hi Kim C, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We’d like to clarify that our compounded medications are not guaranteed to arrive cold. We include a temperature notice explaining that the medication may arrive warm during transit and that this is expected and does not affect its safety or effectiveness. The ice packs are included to help minimize temperature changes during shipping, not necessarily to keep the medication cold throughout transit. We appreciate your feedback and are always here to help.

They SUCK!!!
They SUCK!!!! They start out ok,but then they forget about the customers that they've had for along time. My Neurologist sent a prescription to them for me on September 17,2026 and a week and a half later,I still don't have it! I am in the process of finding a new pharmacy!

I was switched to the Seven Cells…
I was switched to the Seven Cells pharmacy through Mochi Health without my informed consent or prior disclosure, which raises serious concerns regarding transparency and patient choice. I remained on this compounded tirzepatide for approximately four months and have now spent over $1,100, during which time I gained weight instead of losing it.
Based on my outcome and the lack of meaningful response from Mochi Health, I have concerns about whether this formulation is being produced, tested, and monitored in a manner consistent with reasonable compounding, quality control, and efficacy standards. There is no evidence provided to patients that this formulation undergoes independent batch testing, potency verification, or stability testing, nor is there transparency about how pharmacies are selected or evaluated.
Patients should be aware that pharmacy changes may occur without consent, and there appears to be no accountability when a formulation is ineffective. Given the cost and medical implications, this raises serious concerns about regulatory oversight, patient protection, and ethical prescribing practices.

Awful expencience trying to order!!
Awful expencience trying to order!!
I had to complete all the questions 3 times and the guy that called me from the chat was asking me to do it again another time because there was an error, the shipping page was not appearing.
I've wasted 40 min of my precious time completing questions for 3 times...not anymore. Please do it easier for your users. I used it in april, was easy, but had a problem with the delivery, not anymore.

Tirzepitide was the major cause of me…
Tirzepitide was the major cause of me getting very sick with gall bladder disease. I had to have surgery in Italy. This medicine should be illegal for weight loss

TRT known to cause infection and require antibiotic therapy.
My email to seven cells... currently awaiting response. I am a Registered Nurse with a compact license, this means I can practice nursing in several states. Please read and DO NOT take if this is your lot number 12JUN25CYP, there are known reactions that require antibiotics. Unfortunately for my husband's friend, it required incision and drainage of his leg.
As the wife of a patient currently undergoing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) using your product, I’m writing to express my deep concern regarding serious adverse reactions experienced by both my husband and his long-time friend. My husband has received three administrations of your testosterone product, each injected at a different site, and all resulting in painful, swollen, hot-to-the-touch lumps. He is now receiving antibiotic treatment for the infection—something he has never experienced with any other TRT injection.
After noticing these symptoms, my husband contacted his friend—also receiving TRT from the same doctor and from the same product batch. Shockingly, his friend developed a severe infection following his very first injection that required incision and drainage. They compared their vials and confirmed they were both prescribed testosterone from lot number 12JUN25CYP.
When Seven Cells reached out to my husband, your team attributed the infection to improper injection technique and suggested he had caused his own adverse reaction. However, I am the one who administers the injections. I am a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience providing intramuscular injections using aseptic technique. I administered his previous TRT injections—not provided by Seven Cells—without a single adverse reaction. Your representative's claim that my husband is “the only one” who experienced issues is demonstrably false.
Furthermore, Seven Cells has made no effort to warn other patients about this clear safety issue tied to a known batch of your product. My husband has received no clear remediation—no refund, no meaningful guidance. When he raised his concerns, your pharmacist, Anna, referred to his request for a refund as “irrelevant”—a deeply insensitive remark given the infection required medical intervention. That level of professionalism—and disregard for patient safety—is unacceptable.
As a healthcare professional, I have never before witnessed this specific kind of reaction in any of the countless intramuscular injections I’ve administered, let alone in two individuals exposed to the same medication batch. I am alarmed by the lack of accountability and transparency demonstrated by your organization.
I would like to know:
Where can I leave a formal review for your product?
Who can I contact regarding the mishandling of this situation by your pharmacist, Anna?
What steps will be taken to ensure proper handling and communication around adverse product reactions?
At minimum, my husband deserves a full refund and an apology. His numerous voice messages have gone largely unanswered, and the effort he's invested in trying to resolve this issue is being met with indifference.
I look forward to your prompt response and a clear plan to remediate this matter.

We take all reports of adverse drug reactions seriously. We have investigated the lot in question and confirmed through an FDA-registered independent lab that it meets all sterility, endotoxin, and potency specifications.
