When you are sick and need your medicine urgently, and you spend $193.44 for next day air on a Thursday and your medicine arrives on Tuesday... The business failed you. Have contacted customer service multiple times about refunding the ridiculous amount of money for something that clearly did not arrive next day and they refuse to help. This place is a total scam. I will never order from them again.

I’ve had nothing but superior service from Seven Cells up until this point. With my latest order, the ivermectin arrived in its shipping bag but the capsules had spilled out of the pill bottle. Additionally, the capsules were colored differently from the last order I had purchased so this led to some consternation of whether or not this was a legit product. I contacted customer service about how the capsules arrived and it was brushed off, but they never addressed the more critical issue — lack of confidence in whether the right product was received. I doubt I’d be a returning customer.
