first of all I tried to place an order went through the whole motions my account was charged and it never went through due to some glitch on your end. no one ever got back to me in for a week or more and finally when they did the charge would have been higher because this time they asked for a consultation fee which the earlier charge did not. I said I'm only refilling a medication I've already used why do I have to have another consultation, but that was not negotiable so I didn't bother to order. just seems like a money grab to me

Your case was an uncommon instance we experienced and has since been fixed. Because the initial order wasn't processed on the backend we need a new order to be placed again for the physician to be able to review your medical questionnaire and process.
