I thought from approval to shipping was a little slow. Just did first shot so I can’t really give any feed back on it yet

After answering health questions and providing lab results, my prescription for tirzepatide was approved right away. I received my medication in about a week and have already begun my weight loss journey! Also, I have had no negative side effects from this medication.

Difficult to communicate with. No phone # provided. Emails claim to have been sent, but unable to locate in Spam/Junk folders. Customer service hours are M-F 8:30-5 pm CST. Rec’d a notification the item was shipped, but it never even left the building. Ended up cancelling and getting a refund.

I was impressed by the quick email replies when I signed up. They also answered all of my questions quickly and courteously in the Chat Room! The sign up process, review, and medicine arriving at my house took only 1 week!

It was more the doctor who you had to get the prescription from. It seems like he checked his emails every three days

I paid for my order, but I have never received it. I don’t know what’s going on. I’ve tried so much. I paid on May 1

No complaints! Will continue to use this compounding pharmacy!
