Hello! Please email us a picture at [email protected] It's perfectly fine if you received your medication and it's warm instead of cold. Upon receipt, we advise placing it in the refrigerator promptly. While it can remain unrefrigerated for a couple of days, we recommend refrigerating it immediately to prevent forgetting. The medication can withstand temperatures of up to 140 degrees for 3 days and 86 degrees for 28 days.
