Room was clean and well maintained. Maintenance staff came quickly when necessary. Leasing team is easy to work with and flexible.

It was my first time living in the city, I moved for a job and so much was happening so fast. I was able to get a good deal close to work on a room and it made for the perfect year long lease. Management was communicative and it took me a genuine day to finalize everything, which was needed given the sudden move. Things were easy and Settle Living also made sure that any housing or facilities issues were handled in a timely manner. Would recommend

You really can’t beat what Settle offers for the price. Great room, spacious living area, complete kitchen in an awesome neighborhood 15 minutes from midtown. Theyre responsive and pleasant when you need them. This is my second time staying with them and likely won’t be the last

My stay with Settle Living was truly amazing! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, reliable, and genuinely helpful throughout my time there. I really enjoyed my two-month stay and was fortunate to have roommates who were kind, respectful, and easygoing, which made the experience even better. I’m so glad I came across Settle Living and had the opportunity to call it home for the summer. I’m truly grateful for the wonderful experience and would happily recommend Settle Living to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Great experience with them for around 3 years. The move in and move out both were extremely easy processes. I would definitely recommend.

Very convenient for quickly finding a sublet. Was able to rent a room for two months in a great area for relatively cheap. During my stay we had a slight pest problem and they sent someone to take care of it pretty quickly. You may be asked to help potential future tenants view the space, which i was unaware of, but otherwise a decent option for housing.
