Settleliving worked with me to be placed in my desired area with roommates I would get along with. While I stayed with them, they were speedy with response when needing repair or cleaning.

I wasn’t able to move to NYC without out touring first. Settle Living provided me with a place to stay while I looked for a place for my girlfriend and me. Really came through for us. Responsive and accommodating.

Got my apartment through Settle Living originally for a 3 month stay and ended up staying for over a year. They made finding an apartment super quick while also ensuring the space was clean, updated, and well maintained. They were also very attentive to maintenance needs or questions as they arose. Would definitely work with them again in finding another room/apartment.

I stayed for 1 month and had a clean room when I arrived. I had 5 other roommates and we shared 3 bathrooms. I didn’t have to wait for a bathroom once, and everyone was clean and respectful of noise and space. Overall very good experience.
