SettlelivingReviews of settleliving.com

Room was great value for money in a very nice area. Clean and well furnished. They were able to work with me in a squeeze and I was able to get a place with them on short notice. 5 stars!

Got my apartment through Settle Living originally for a 3 month stay and ended up staying for over a year. They made finding an apartment super quick while also ensuring the space was clean, updated, and well maintained. They were also very attentive to maintenance needs or questions as they arose. Would definitely work with them again in finding another room/apartment.

I stayed for 1 month and had a clean room when I arrived. I had 5 other roommates and we shared 3 bathrooms. I didn’t have to wait for a bathroom once, and everyone was clean and respectful of noise and space. Overall very good experience.

Had a great stay with settleliving, initially I had an issue with my accomodation, but they immediately processed a room change for me within a week and were extremely friendly and responsive. I stayed in NYC.

Everything was smooth and straight forward. The settle living agents are quick to respond if you have any issues or questions. I would definitely use them again if I need to explore other living spaces!

If you are looking for an affordable place to live with flexible month to month options this is the place to do it. Very quick responses from the whole team. They care a lot about the living conditions of each tenant so your needs/concerns will always be addressed.

Settle Living saved my stay in NYC as I had just moved for college and had no idea where I was going to live. Thankfully I was able to do a flexible month to month lease with amazing roommates. The apartment itself was stunning in a great area, the monthly cleaning was also very appreciated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving to New York

Straightforward, no surprises, cheap
