I ordered an item from China. I did receive it just before Christmas. Your personnel kept in touch through the whole process. PS I originally order TWO of the same pants by MISTAKE. Your personnel got in touch to be sure I wanted TWO and cancelled one order for me. What a great opportunity to save me the task of returning one after the fact. Where do you find service like that???

Good quality product and easy transaction

I placed an order for my son. His snow pants took over 2 weeks to arrive in our valley. When they did they never delivered or attempted to contact me via email or phone and the carrier sent them back to somewhere. I have emailed the company to get them resent and no one has tried to contact me. is this a scam company?

I love the products on the site. They have the exact style I have been looking for. As a park rat baggy pants is a must! Talked to customer service about my size. Super friendly and patient. Shipping is a bit slow but nbd.

Honestly super impressed with the product. Looks awesome with my gear. The first I ordered didn’t fit but they respond quick with exchange when you ask for it. It gets you too about the same time which is not a big deal. Amazing customer service.
