I ordered myself a snowjacket and some snowpants on the 19th of november and its now the 3rd of December and i am still waiting. My package just arrived in Los Angeles yesterday and it will probably take another week to get here to Washington. I tried to contact SeshSnow via Email and Instagram but got no reply. I am not angry but sad and disappointed in service and shippment. Edit: one day later SeshSnow contacted me and we could figure it out.

Early days but working to get it right. After multiple attempts to reach them regarding a return I was finally successful. The team at Seshsnow was apologetic and went out of their way to address the situation quickly. Within hours of making contact I had what I needed and the situation was properly resolved.
