I paid $60 to sit in a virtual waiting room for 47 minutes. Cancelled my subscription and went to doctronic for an excellent experience.

No es para PIMES es para grandes empresas.. Para darte de alta todo muy bien muy amables, pero para darte de baja te cobran un mes mas por que no les has avisado con 30 días aunque no la vayas a usar.. Me parece un robo.. Por que tengo que pagar algo que no voy a usar.? He mandado un correo al mail que me han indicado. Esperaré su respuesta

Company never delivers in correcting their repeated mistakes of not giving the 90 day supply of medication of thyroid medication so they can rope you into paying monthly for their visit. They are dishonest and greedy. I do not t Recommend them. They have no regard in Stealing your time and your money. Don't use them!

Horrible service, Leadership does not care that their physicians (Salimah Jones) are taking your call from their car, that the physician did not care to put in your prescription for antibiotics when you are sick and then tell you "Book another appointment with another doctor and we will give you 15% off". I have had to file a claim with the state to investigate the NP's license for an ethics violation and asked them to review Sesame's license to do work in the state of Nevada based on all of the information given.

No follow-up was scheduled. • The Billing: I was ghost-billed $80 monthly for six months. Sesame refused to explain these charges or provide a refund until I involved the BBB. • The Excuse: Management claimed these were "recurring prescription fees," despite the fact that I never received a consultation, a script, or any medication. • The Resolution: They held $320 of my money hostage, claiming it was "my responsibility" to cancel a service I never successfully started. They only refunded $160. This company’s model relies on automated charges even when they fail to provide the medical service promised. Total lack of integrity.

The provider that was the top rated anxiety specialist named "Samuel Pennella" gave horrible advice. He did not understand anything that was handed him. I clearly stated in the appointment reason I was seeking a reasonable accommodation note, he told me he has never heard of such a thing. He even recommended that inhaling the second smoke that I am exposed is a good idea and not harmful in anyway. He clearly had no intention of helping me and just wanted his paycheck. I spent 70$ for this visited that lasted literally 5 mins when it should have been at least 30 mins and the written letter he provided to help out my situation did nothing to help.

I paid $47 for a virtual visit for the provider to say they could not write a prescription without me getting labs done. I then received an email saying I had to pay $67 to their platform for the lab order. When I went to the site to pay the $67 I found out it’s not compatible in the state I live in (NY). I reached out to customer service and was told I the lab order would be emailed to me within 48 hours.I’ve since reached out several times and have still not received the order. It has been two weeks. I feel like I was completely ripped off. Oh and if I did get the lab done I would’ve had to pay another $47 for another visit to try to get a prescription that I’m sure it would’ve costed a decent amount of money. I went to MyAlloy.com and quickly received the service and the prescription I need for one fee, without labs, without jumping through hoops and a bunch of hassles.

This was by far one of the most predatory companies I have ever attempted to receive services from. They charged me to see a physician get labs and never provided a prescription I cancelled online and they still attempted to charge me again. I never got beyond review. I never got my GLP1 They got $150 and tried to get another $99. The only reason the Did not get it was the card was overdrawn. I don't trust they would have refunded it. I had to call in to cancel again and still feel unsure whether they will attempt to charge me in the future.
