Waiting on the doc to talk to pharmacy so i can get my medicine

My partner needed to get a refill on his epilepsy medication. His regular doctor sent it to the wrong pharmacy that is closed during the weekend and wont be able to get it changed till Monday. So sesame seemed like the best option. But after the video appointment we still haven't seen the prescription yet. The doctor was a bit on the harsh side being quite impatient with us and rushing us when we were getting the full address of the Walgreens near us. Pretty disappointed cause we paid for the service and didn't get what we needed. We really don't want to have to go to the ER with covid and us both being high risk individuals. Really hoping that the prescription gets filled tomorrow because I really don't want my partner to have another seizure 😣.

Virtual patients need clearer answers as to what services are and are not provided during a telehealth visit. I've been needing lab work done for a month and have received mixed information from doctors, nurses, and Sesame Care customer support. Some say yes I can request lab work, some say no I cannot. Also Sesame Care needs to vet all doctors and nurses. My last telehealth visit was terrible due to how skeptical and insensitive the nurse was to my medical needs, and the experience made me not want to use Sesame Care any longer.

Made an appointment for my son. Doc never showed up. I waited in the telecall room for almost an hour before it closes out and said the visit was over. The only good thing, and the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1, is that after I complained, the next day they refunded the money. This review is probably more for the doctor herself rather than Sesame. But since they use her as one of their docs, they get the bad review too. Sorry, but maybe review your doctors better, Sesame.
