Be warned!!! DO NOT book a visit if you need certain medications filled because if they are "controlled" then even with a video visit they will not prescribe them. However, they will take your money for the visit without issue EVEN THOUGH you listed the meds BEFORE setting up an appointment. Stay far away from these clowns...

If only I could give this company negative stars. The service is disconnected, unorganized, and ineffective. My wife booked an appointment for me as she is the main insurance holder and when I went to log on for my visit the link emailed to me sent me to an external browser page instead of the app, which I was told to download via your email. I could not log on via the browser or the app and was unable to communicate to any of Sesame's staff as both the messaging and calling options gave me errors. I will never use this service again and will be widely recommending that no one I know does either.

Samantha Turcotte, NP, Pitiful and Pathetic. She is money hungry and does not know how to write a prescription for a month supply of medication. Short changed me on medication, 23 pills for one medication and 5 pills for another medication after I paid $65 for the visit. Stay away from this one!!! Sesamecare blocks reviews on their website. My review of this provider is no where to be found. Had a follow up visit with a different NP for the same medications and was given a month supply and 2 refills. That is how you treat patients and get them to come back!!!

I wish I could rate it lower. The initial questions indicated I was a candidate for weight loss program. Saw the provider and she said I was not a candidate and Sesame doesn’t do microdosing- she brought this up- but she does in her own practice and she would reach out to me. So I paid $99 for her to try to get a new patient in her own side hustle. 3/4/26 addendum. I see the reply from Sesame and I did reach out, by email, then phone- each dug their heels in and reiterated appt was closed. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They said one would email me. They did not.

Scam artists, pulled a bait and switch. Their platform automatically stated that they would fill my controlled substance prescription which unfortunately is the only safe drug for me to use for my condition because of kidney issues and the nature of the disease I am suffering from then once I had paid up came a message at the very bottom of the page stating that their doctors don’t prescribe controlled substances.

Hello i want to tell you my experience with sesamecare and a bad doctor who was a bully and I asked for a different doctor in the beginning of my conversation with him. I could not understand him his English is not very good. The doctor was very rude to me from the beginning telling me he has no history kinda yelling at me which sesamecare has my history and I filled out history form and hes messed up my prescription refills he giving me only a 30 day supply and no refills for mental health medication but my two other scripts he gave me 90 day supply sesamecare said it's because I am on mental health medication they can not help me. I paid for bloodwork and I was a sesamecare plus member for years now and the doctors are terrible the rating on their platform are fake this doctor had 4.8 rating and Sesamecare will not help you I've cancelled my membership looking for better healthcare now I've learned my lesson

Absolutely horrific experience with the company and the providers. Had one appointment canceled 5 miniatures before, physician told me incorrect information and then could not get back in contact with the physician.

I was Sean by Maninder Kaur, NP and was brushed off and not even told what I might have. My symptoms are coughing and very bad throat pain. It’s so bad it’s hard to talk and I was just told to take zpack and go back to work in 24 hours. It’s 11 now and I work at 7.45 tomorrow so I asked do I need a dr note for tomorrow . I was told very rudely no only today. So I hope I feel better tomorrow and are able to go back to work tomorrow because if not I might lose my job for not having a note.
