I say that because it means I have seen a lot of providers from both sides of the bed, and I know the difference between a doctor who is going through the motions and one who is genuinely exceptional. Dr. Chang is the latter. He read my intake notes thoroughly, engaged with my extensive labs as a complete clinical picture rather than in isolated pieces, and brought both warmth and real medical depth to the appointment. He explained his reasoning clearly, listened carefully, and treated me as a partner in my own care. What stood out most was that he was the first provider to recommend checking my B12 given my long term metformin use, a well documented but frequently overlooked interaction. That one recommendation, made almost in passing, speaks volumes about how thoroughly and carefully he thinks through the full picture of a patient's health. Dr. Chang is the kind of doctor that is genuinely rare. Exceptionally knowledgeable, deeply attentive, and a truly kind human being. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

This is my third appointment with Dr. Mahmood and he is always so helpful, kind qnd understanding. He always gives 110% with what he does. Any issue I have had, he's always there to help me with it. He goes far and beyond to not only make sure you get what you need but it isn't sloppy or rushed.
