Good first experience. I initially had some trouble getting on to the platform and technically missed the first part of my appointment window. I was really upset to not be able to connect but the team was terrific - they got in touch with the doctor right away and she graciously allowed an immediate phone consult on her own time, so that I could still get the care I needed.
