This company is a scam. It charged me 30 for a consult. Right before consult, it said doctor wants to raise price to 60. Out of principle, I cancelled. Worst case of bait and switch. Dishonest. i still havent gotten my 30 back. Now I have to go through the whole credit card grievance. All after adding all kinds of personal information, setting up an account, etc. completely dishonest company.

I would give zero stars if I could. Booking was simple and I was happy to see that we could get a visit for my daughter within two hours so we could avoid an in-person visit while traveling away from our local provider. The Sesame provider never showed up and customer service said that they asked the provider to follow-up and if they didn't in 24 hours, we would then get a refund. What a joke! Urgent care? Nope. We could have booked another provider and should have. Now four hours later, we are starting over or headed into a in person visit amidst COVID cases. First time customer and last time user. Beware!

They don't know what they are doing prescribed eye drops for sinus infection after first doc put me on antibiotic for skin infection, they purposely order wrong med so you will keep paying .RN 36 years don't use them

I had used Sesame before and i had no problems getting my script sent to my local pharmacy. I had told the doctor that the next month i would reach out again to get more script refilled.. So next month comes and i told him that it would be cheaper that i get it thru the sesame rx.. So they sent my first script to my local pharmacy with no problem but the other scripts was not in the profile i created.. I called and emailed and they told me that there was a duplicate name and email and they wasnt able to do it thru the rx and they would have to send it to my local pharmacy… it’s been 7 hours and they haven’t sent anything the pharmacy and i dont have any pills left.. Now i can understand if your in the business of something else but your in the healthcare business and as such you have a moral obligation to get these medications to consumers at ALL COSTS!!! At the end of the day it all falls on sesame for them failing a customer and basically being a bunch of crappy human beings and not make this matter as urgent as possible.. its all about the bottom line for them until this becomes a legal issue where if i hired a lawyer their tone would be different.. now I’m stuck with no pills and for a guy who has high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes wouldn’t you think this situation would be resolved within an hr.. Where’s the supervisor who oversees this?? Where is the customer service who needs to be held accountable for risking someone life because living the office life is more important?? This is where my header comes in.. No morals and no decent human beings who give a crap about me… please don’t use this service if you have a serious medical issue like me because you may die or end up in the hospital by the time you get your scripts and finally show some respect to the consumer because they pay your bills and not the company.. dont get it twisted!!!

Really I would recommend you all look for a real Dr to go to and spend the extra money because in the long run this gonna cost you more. I had appointment to get some psychiatric medicine because I depressed of a parent dying from Covid. I paid my 89 dollars had the online appointment. The provider was going to subscribe the same antidepressant I had used before and decided that I she going to give only a 14 day supply and that I had to make another appoinent with her at 89.00 dollars to let her know how it went before she gave me the full prescription. So the 89.00 dollars would turn into 178.00 dollars now. I could have made an appointment with a real Dr for that much and avoid the back and forth hassle.

What a scam! I was bitten by a tick. Should have been a a simple antibiotic. First, the connection was awful, dr's accent was so thick I couldn't understand him, he was conference calling from a BEDROOM, was useless. The connection was terrible and we lost contact 4 times in the 2 minute visit. He didn't ask to look at the bite, just said he'd call in a prescription and said to call back if I had other problems with it. So, he called in an itch cream, and not an antibiotic! Pharmacist said that was strange and a tick bite normally gets an antibiotic and to call the dr. Well, you have to PAY again the full visit price to call back! So, he purposefully prescribed the incorrect thing so I'd have to call back and pay again. I complained that the whole point of my paying was to get an antibiotic. They offered me 15% off my next visit! NEVER again!

Do not waste your time!!! I had a UTI. It was 7:30am. I scheduled an appointment for 8:15 while rushing to get to work. I logged on at 8:15 but no one was there. I waited 40 minutes. It showed the provider name Dr. Wachovia banks and a phone number so I called it. A woman answered 'Hello" I asked if this was Dr Banks. She said yes. I told her I had a televisit but no one logged on. She very abruptly and in a rude tone said that I must have scheduled for pm because she doesn't do Tele in the am and she was at work! I was in pain and may in fact have inadvertently scheduled in pm not realizing that but she didn't have to be rude! I had to prepay for the visit so I canceled it and requested a refund. I looked up United healthcare tele visit and had a visit and prescription in less than 5 minutes!

The NP I saw for a psych med refill wouldn't write another script for a refill on meds I've been taking for three years! She said to follow up with my psychiatrist that I had already told her I no longer have due to me moving/insurance. A waste of money!
