Absolute worst experince with a tele-med facility. On their website they offer cannabsi cards. On their google they offer cannabis cards. They said charge would not go through until end of apointment so i click ok, charged went right through doctors couldnt help me. Refuse to give refund NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. Will be reporting to state and national board

I would not have given any stars if possible. I left a voice mail for Shannon regarding a issue with the pharmacy filling my orescroptions. She never returned my call. Never received any prescriptions. I just flushed $30.00 down the drain. I would not waste my money with this site. Very disappointed.

Rip off. After you pay they will say cannot diagnose you…to go to an urgent care—-then offer prescriptions for other (useless) things (do they get bonuses for that?)

Scam could not get online during appointment time would not issue refund. Got nothing

I made my appointment and was seen on time, the appointment was so quick and easy that I let my mom know about the site in case she ever needed it. Then I get a call from my pharmacy saying the person who wrote my rx does not have a valid license and they cannot fill my rx! How in the world do these people sleep at night knowing they are SCAMMING some of the most vulnerable people? Unreal.

I am going through withdrawals from the antidepressant Effexor If you don’t know anything about it, let me say it’s rough. I switching Drs.and I thought I could just hang on, but my appointment isn’t for two weeks. Anyway I booked and paid for the call today at 5:00 I sat waiting from 4:50 until 6:30 I was so in need, but she never came through. Someone called intending to hurry me up, but I was there. And I can’t get a hold of anyone in the company that cares. The one person that did send me a message said I’m real sorry but your provider was there. If she was I could neither see or hear her. So no one wants to help, no one cares Send us an email and we will answer it in the order it’s comes in. Which is pretty stupid on the companies side. If it didn’t work this time, with me doing exactly what they told me to, how and why would I ever try it again. So at this point I guess they will simply keep me money, and too bad for me. Terrible Terrible Customer Service!!!!

Provider refused to call in an antibiotic for my sinus infection, stating that you do not treat chronic sinus infections with antibiotics! I explained that I have severe mold/pollen and dust allergies, plus nasal sinus cavities that do not drain properly, which was discovered by my ENT/Allergist doing specialized imaging as he could not understand why I get so many sinus infections! I also explain to the provider that I use nasal washes, prescription allergy medication and nasal spray daily as preventative measures against developing a sinus infection. I asked her how my sinus infection was to be treated, but she had no answer. I told her that I have NEVER, in 26 years, had a doctor or ENT not prescribe both antibiotics and prednisone when I get a sinus infection. In addition, she refused to prescribed my blood pressure medication that I am currently out of! I want a REFUND! AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I will never use this service again!
