I was able to search for and book a strep test directly on Sesame, which I thought would help save some time and money with urgent care or doctors office. I did successfully get a lab test order from a NP shortly after. But when I drove to the Quest Diagnostics location for the appointment, they could not provide the service– they only do phlebotomy, and cannot provide a swab for strep testing. I contacted Sesame support, who simply said to ask Quest, with no other details or information. After wasting another 20 minutes on the phone with Quest, they said that strep tests were usually only done in doctors' offices and Quest locations couldn't provide the service. I got a refund, but wasted a good chunk of my day finding out that the information and services offered on the Sesame site are inaccurate and misleading. It seemed interesting for other health needs, but no way I am wasting my time now.

I called for a precription for my gout attack and was told I would get a prescription, but when I picked it up there were only 10 tablets that would not come close to healing my problem and in fact, the gout is still painful, which is acceptable if there were enough tablet to keep treating so this was basically a waste of time and money and i have contacted them numerous times and have not gotten a positive response. This is a hoax. It does not cost more to send the script for a correct amount.

This is the worst experience that I have ever had in my life. I have been battling a sinus infection for the last three weeks. My Primary Dr. was sick so I decided to give this a try. The Doctor was very rude and unprofessional. On my first attempt, the video dropped. She did give me another chance to do it. When she asked me how can she help me, I told her just what my primary Dr told me when I saw her. Three weeks ago before she got sick. She accused me of diagnosing myself which was not what I was trying to do. The conversation got very heated and I told her I was going to report her and she said go ahead cause she work for herself... I want a total refund.. I don't think all the Dr.'s are bad here, I just don't understand why she was so rude. I am sick and I really just needed help and all I got was a rude Doctor.

I joined the chat, and waited for the doctor to join for a few minutes. I saw her face, and said hello. She never said anything. My volume was on. I hadn’t selected mute or anything. None of the buttons seemed to work. The chat disconnected and said I owed $44 and was I happy with my visit. Not very happy. I’m not sure if the chat wasn’t working properly or the dr had accidentally made a mistake but either way I need a refund.

MD PROMISED (in writing, by text) that he would write the prescriptions with one refill due to the circumstance I am facing currently with my insurer. He wrote NO REFILLS on all of them. Further, not only did I write down the dosages in comments, I took a photo of the prescriptions written by my VA MD (that I cannot refill yet until Champ VA reinstates my insurance, which may be 60 days from now). STILL, MD only prescribed ONE tablet daily, when my prescription clearly states TWO DAILY. So when do I get to have a stroke from high blood pressure? I will NEVER use this service again and warn others not to use it. I should have just gone to an urgent care.

Don’t use this service. They have doctors on their website that are not available at all. If you unwittingly book one of those doctors the refund they issue will take 10 days to hit your bank. Which is completely antithetical to the point of the service they are offering. I was coughing up blood and this situation caused me a lot of distress.

I wish I could give zero stars. They took me money and provider never showed up. This is a scam. Thanks for nothing.

WORST WEBSITE EVER! Claim they can offer medications, say they dont charge till after appointment. Both false. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
