The provider was rude and disrespectful... and fired.

I was really ill and just like the last time I was prescribed a smaller dose of antibiotics.. I've since finished the medication and I'm still having the same issues.. It's sad that I can't get the amount I would be prescribed if I went to a Dr's office.. I can't afford to pay another copay..If I'm not mistaken the copay was higher than the last time I used this service I might have to find a new provider.. Too bad because your service is easy to maneuver

The doctor seemed to jump to conclusions or make conjectures that did not necessarily relate to my situation and sent me down a bit of a spiral considering scenarios.

Be very careful of the provider that you select. Perhaps look elsewhere on-line and read reviews well. I was displeased with the provider's service but appreciative that Sesame made things right. Thank you.

Sesame advertises “Same day refills and services”. I made my appointment and the dr was a no show. They told me he would call me within 2 hours. It’s been over 3 hours. Now I can’t reach the “24” hour customer service . No one has messaged me , texted, emailed, nothing. Now it’s to late to get a prescription and have it filled. I suffer w restless leg syndrome. Without this med I will suffer greatly tonight and tomorrow. Please don’t advertise and tell people same day when it’s not. Follow up : I paid for and scheduled two more appointments. One w same doctor, the 2nd w a different doctor as back up. The original doctor stood me up for the second time. After I posted this review, he magically called me….hours later. This is unacceptable considering you advertise as same day service. And, if your providers don’t intend to “really” call anyone back at the time scheduled…why advertise your service this way. Let me remind you, you are dealing w peoples lives, health and minds. This is simply unacceptable. I will be calling support, which is not 24 hours. I expect my money back for all three appointments. FOLLOW UP * Sesame did contact me by phone. They apologized and assured me they were fixing this problem. Sesame also did refund my money for all the “visits”. I am satisfied. They were very kind and sincere. I appreciate that.

It is very easy to get an appointment. But it’s very difficult to get anything else. I have been trying for days to have an issue resolved. I’m not getting answers. And now it seems I’m just being ignored. Update: It took several days and a bad review to get anywhere, but I did finally get my issue resolved. I will probably use Sesame again just because of the convenience. It’s hard to go to a doctor when you have small children at home and an extremely busy spouse.

I was very pleased with my initial experience but when I got my prescription is wasn't correct. My PA (May Hunter) said she would send me a 14 day supply of the medication I ordered but when I picked it up it was only a ten-day supply. I've been trying to contact Sesame but keep getting Maier-Demon responses. I would like to receive an additional 4 day supply of the medication (Dicyclome 20 mg) I don't think I should have to pay for an additional appointment. Thank you. Marjorie Waterman

UPDATE! They did refund my entire purchase. Still not happy with the attitude or the fact she said she called in a script that she did not. So I went from 1 star to 3 OMG... My wife and son contracted Covid, I needed Hydroxychloroquine so I set up an appointment, it said she was a Dr. but the picture I saw in the selection stage looked nothing like the Gal I spoke to, she said she would not prescribe that medication, I explained that it is a very common drug used as a prophylactic for the virus, she just said NO! So as not to have lost 40.00 I asked if she could prescribe Prednisone for my gout, she said she would and would sent to to Walgreens Pharmacy, I gave her all of the pertinent information... she said "Ok it is there"... I checked 3 days, 4 days 5 days still had not been called or sent in... Pretty sure her name was Karen Garcia. A great place to give $40 away and waste your time!
