It was all good until the doctor never sent my prescription in like he said he would and customer service on the weekends is nonexistent despite what the marketing says.

The only reason I’m giving this company two stars is because it was relatively easy to get a same-day appointment. That said, my physician told me that he was unable to help with my issue (simple muscle spasms), and “sorry, you still have to pay for the visit because treatment is not guaranteed.” 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. They are all about getting as many patients in as possible to make as much money as possible, without providing valuable care.

My doctor, Stewart APRN, helped get me some antibiotics, but what threw me off was she was driving the entire appointment. She listened to my needs, but I was way too distracted due to the driving. I'll go to another telehealth company that better suits my needs in the future.

My provider was great, but Sesamecare only cares about money. My provider made an error on my recent prescription order, giving me a 3 month order instead of the 6 month as he stated. When I tried to reach out to him, through Sesamecare, I received an email from Reba stating I would need to schedule another appointment, and pay for it, in order to fix the problem. When I called in, upset as this was a simple error and I just needed to get a message to my provider, Larisa said the same thing "this is just how our program works." I would have to pay for another visit just to have him fix his error. Again the provider was fine but I would NOT recommend Sesame AT ALL. There are TONS of other options out there and I would recommend you use a company other than SesameCare.

This a very convenient service for people to have, especially for those who might not be able to make it in to a physical hospital. They were able to prescribe the correct medications for my respiratory infection, whoever, the doctor who attended to me was very rude. He was rolling his eyes because my voice was weak from having a sore throat. He also kept asking in a very demeaning manor if I could understand what he was saying even though I was visibly nodding, attentive and responsive. As a brown woman, especially with Autism, i did not appreciate that at all. He gave me a look when i answered how much i weighed as well

I saw great reviews and thought I would give this telehealth service a try for a bad toothache I was struggling with. The doctor's internet service was faulty and I lost the video call twice. She prescribed a very basic and weak antibiotic, despite me giving her a very detailed description of my issues. However, she also gave me her phone number and said I could call if I was still having issues and that way I would not have to pay again for a new appointment. She told me I would be feeling somewhat better after 24 hours but much better after 72 hours. 48 hours later I reached out to ask if there might be a better antibiotic for me than what I was taking. She did not respond to my text. Ok, I thought, maybe it's too soon to be reaching out. 96 hours later I was still in excruciating pain and knew this weak antibiotic was having no effect on the infection. I reached out to her via text again. These texts were to the phone number she texted me from during our original visit, so I know I had the right number. Still no response. The next day had to leave work early as the infection was still going strong. I called the number instead of text. No answer- left a voicemail. No callback. Finally I went and paid another dentist, who wrote a new prescription which, 5 days after receiving, is taking good care to get rid of this infection and I am in no pain. Next time I will be sure NOT to waste any money on Sesame for help.

First off, it was too quick. I was asked very few questions. I told the nurse what I was usually prescribed for my COPD flair ups. She said she would prescribe them. After the call ended, I realized I didn’t tell her the dosage so I called her and told her. She said that she already sent In prescription, besides, she can’t prescribe that dosage because she’s not my primary. I’ve used Sesame before without a problem with the prescription. So now I still haven’t gotten through the COPD exasperation. I use Sesame when I travel in the winter.

My doctor was very friendly & professional. Unfortunately, she couldn’t assist me ( due to the nature of my issue) she recommended I start at an Urgent Care type place. There’s One very close to me and was in & out within 30 minutes, with a prescription.
