Happy I received refund which was appropriate. Recommend WebDoctors.com...immediate response & prescription received within 15 minutes!

What a JOKE!!! scammers - complete and total scammers - they say this is for people without healthcare coverage to have access to non schedule drug prescriptions... I just called was told to use over the counter drugs for sciatica, restless leg syndrome and arthritis. I know what works and what doesn't work. After letting her know what does work she said they would not prescribe them. I know all about over the counter medication and it doesn't work for me. Thank you for stealing my money I really appreciate it! I could have gotten this advise for free from my pharmacist! You use people's desperation for your monetary gain!

Doctor was a no-show. Waited 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Support was unavailable and routed me to book another paid session. I think it might be a scam or poorly managed platform.

I had my visit with my provider and they said they would review my lab work and make a treatment decision by the end of the day. By the next day I never heard from them so I alerted customer support who said they would reach out to the provider. It's now 3 days since the initial visit and nothing has happened. Feels like I was scammed. UPDATE: Their reply below said they were unable to locate any prior outreach. I outreached via their chat help function and replies to the chat were sent directly to the email address I provided them. I'm not wasting any more of my time on their platform by reaching out to the phone number or email they provided. POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I had a virtual dermatologist appointment today for MILD and NON-CYCSTIC acne. The doctor I spoke with told me that I would have acne for the rest of my life and I needed to learn how to manage it. She told me she would be calling in a cream to my pharmacy and to use it twice a day. I went to my pharmacy and found out she actually called in an antibiotic and hydrocortisone cream. I understand the usage of antibiotics for acne, but she did not mention this in our phone call. This is not something I wish to use. I also have never heard of hydrocortisone cream being used to treat mild acne. The pharmacist was also confused. I am extremely disappointed in Sesame and I will not use their services again. I am better off paying more at an in-person dermatologist.

Had a good doctor visit last night and got a email right away prescription was sent to pharmacy called the next morning and multiple times during the day pharmacy had no prescription. I emailed and did get a response but did no good because I never got my prescription and not sure I’ll ever get it. Calling in on Monday for a refund.

Waited 30 mins AFTER my scheduled appointment. Doctor never logged in but got a notification that my visit ended. I want my money back as quickly as you took it.

Only 1 star because I couldn't put zero ! Appointment was urgent scheduled for 10:45 dr was a no show , attempted MULTIPLE TIMES to be credited for this and still nothing no call no email ! NEVER AGAIN do not trust them they are not on top of there doctors and no one responds to calls or emails .
