My 1st experience I picked a Dr. and paid to virtual visit my 7 yr. old daughter. The Dr. Said I'm not a pediatrician and I don't see children goodbye. So we requested our money back and they said no we can get 20% off our next visit. Like I would ever try or recommend them.

Horrible customer service. my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge and I sat waiting in a virtual room for 30 minutes and no one showed up, called to find out what happened and was told the provider cancelled without even reaching out. they weren't even going to contact me for another few hours. I took unpaid time off of work for this and Now I'm scurrying trying to find someone whos not scamming sick people.

I got 4 minutes with the provider for a prescription refill. Then it went nowhere. The Sesame contact number and live chat doesn't work. I sent an email but still no prescription. It seems like a scam!

My review was going to be good at first but I realized they suck at follow up! If you will need a doctors not about your visits and your diagnosis go to another doctor it’s been over a week and I have to keep my daughter out of daycare while still paying because they won’t give me a not saying what she had to prove to my daycare she didn’t have hand foot and mouth so she can return! No records was sent to me about her doctors visit! It took them 4 days to respond to my request then another 3 days to respond after I answer the question they asked me. So total of 7 days to tell me I need to schedule another appointment to get a note saying what office visit was for. Response time is way longer than any legit company I’ve used. They lied about 24hr response time!

Horrible service and waste of my time! I had an 8:45am appointment with a sesame provider - after almost 12 hours, my prescription has yet to be called into my pharmacy. When I call customer service, I was asked to leave a message and I would get a call back - which I did. However, that's when it was confirmed that my prescription was never sent, and the provider omitted any "medical notes" in my file. This has been a total waste of my time and money - as I now get the pleasure of starting the process all over again with someone else. Very disappointed!!!!

Really bad experience, doctor failed to provide prescription after diagnosis. Support took information but provided no help or communication after a while. Very shady means of providing help. Will not recommend.

Paid 30 dollars. Waited for the doctor for an hour no call email nothing. Trash
