I had scheduled appointment on 3/11 at 1:45. I got on early and was concerned that the video feature connected then disconnected numerous times. I waited until 2:10 and no one ever came on. When I went back to the home page, it said that the appt had ended. I've tried to speak on the phone and have also sent emails to request a refund without any success. Needless to say I'm very unhappy.

They advertised they can prescribe a medication on google so that’s why I made my appointment. After waiting on the dr for an hour he comes on and says no we can’t prescribe that. I sent the advertisement to sesame the next day and asked for a refund since they misled me and they refused! Terrible service!!!

The experience with the provider was excellent however the experience with the company has made me a non return customer and I will not recommend the service to anyone. They took over almost 48 hours to get the doctors excuse that I requested and they sent me from customer service rep to another who all gave me the same excuse. DO BETTER. Do not blame the Doctor for below average customer service as he provided me with what I needed when I asked. The reps lying and blaming the doctor for the hold up is what will not make me a return customer. Also the rep who told me to call back after 6 knowing that it was after business hours DO BETTER that is unacceptable to lie to a paying customer.

not satisfied couldnt get the video to pull up on my phone until it was to the point where i could be told i missed the visit so my girlfriend booked a visit on her phone and its been 30 minutes past time for visit and still no doctor it makes me wonder if there was some kinda intentional blocking to keep me from opening the visit and of course there isnt no way to get a refund unless i cancel the visit myself 3 hours before the visit total crap thats $70.00 wasted

I made an appointment due to having a sinus infection with ear infections causing virtigo. I have had this before. Talk to the PA for less than 2 minutes - sent for 3 prescriptions and when I tried to get back with them to get a report. They stated this company does not do reports. How is it that this company is not keeping record of the people that they are seeing. I am appalled at this and this was a waste of my time. I will be seeing a doctor and spending the money so that I can have a record of when I was seen and why I was given the prescriptions. Do not waste your money and go and see a true doctor. This is a bad scam -- if you do need to see a doctor -- go to Doctors on Demand. True doctors - can have an email conversation and they have all your records. A little bit more but well worth it.

The telehealth appt lasted less than 2 minutes. I was misdiagnosed (not shocking). Sesame will not provide any paperwork or documentation with diagnostic codes so my insurance rejected it. What an absolute WASTE.

This Physician was a gatekeeper to a Non-controlled medication I have been taking for over 4 years. Effexor XR 150mg. I have a medical recorded history of off the charts high level general anxiety disorder. No depression. a 90 ct supply with 1 refill has been how I have been prescribed this medicine since I began taking it. I have had 2 other Telehealth providers do this in my recent past and every physician I have seen since my initial psychiatrics visit has been classified as "General Physician". Now, because the physician I spoke with told me "I am only giving you 30 days, because I am seeing you for first time and do not know you. Once you come back, I will see about giving you more." THIS IS NOT A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. I am appalled that someone with credentials to be a doctor doesn't understand how to have a proper bedside manner to those who suffer from mental health! If this restraint on amounts of medicine is the common practice of SESAME, to have people forced to keep feeding into the business model, then I am also applaud at this company! Now, I am going to have to take even more time out my schedule 29 days from now, so i can do again what I already was trying to do here. It's ridiculous and makes me think the $30 price tag is a bait n switch tactic!

This experience was very unpleasant. I booked with an inexperienced (how did I know) woman who went on to prescribe a $700 prescription. WHAT? I had a simple eye infection. After letting her know that $700 was not affordable she then placed another prescription for $550. Seriously! I asked her for a simple antibiotic and she refused to help. I ended up at a REAL DOCTOR and received a $48 prescription. Sesame explained that their inexperienced nurses had no idea of what prescriptions cost. Well, my DOCTOR always knows! This was an extreme waste of time. DON'T bother. Go to a doctor!!!
