I made an appointment with Dr. LAIRD for 9:45 and he never showed up. I waited 30 minutes and could never get ahold of him afterward either. Nearly 60 dollars this has cost me to get seen for a simple cold and they don't even show up. No email, no text..nothing. This was a ridiculous experience.

On 12th of June i had booked an online "SesameCare" appointment with Dr. Arturo Perez-Correa. It was for 10.01 AM. Short disappointing story: i logged in at 9.38 am. Until 10.15 AM no one showed on the screen for the zoom like meeting. The scam costed me $40 and lots of frustration, which i didn't need because i was sick already. Lesson learned: pay a bit more and go to a brick-and-mortar doctor office. You will have less disappointment. So far, i am still waiting to get my money back. If not, i will open a dispute and fight them.

I have been sick for 8 days took a test negative so I had to find doctor. So I was turned down by hospital after waiting for 2 hours and was so sick and went home after seeing I can use sesame care. I pay for my doctor answer there prescription questions and come back for my appointment at 7 pm. I wait on the screen looking like an idiot for an hour doctor never shows and I get text saying appointment complete. I contact support in email since they were not there. Which they should have 24 hour support, and tell them she stood me up and that was my only money. She says you will get it back in up to 10 days and here’s 15% off. What a terrible company they could have at least gave me a free visit to make it right. Don’t trust them terrible company waste of time

This NP, named onugbo was very rude and impatient. She joined the call 15 minutes late, wanted to wrap up the moment she joined. In her service list it says lab or diagnosis tests but she told me she doesn't write lab test order via sesame. She is simply the worst ever Healthcare professional i know. She shows zero care about patients, only want to get paid.

Have covid and no insurance. Needed a prescription to be able to get medicine but the doctor refused to give me one. I fit the criteria for treatment. Website clearly says it treats CoViD. I was told only the hospital can prescribe medication. That is false! CVS was going to give esto me but wanted $300 consult. Don’t waste your money if you are trying to get meds they won’t prescribe.Maybe they are not doctors and can’t prescribe all meds.

Physician failed to show for virtual appointment. Sent text asking to conduct appointment by text. Responded affirmatively to text. Heard nothing further from physician. Very bad experience.

I have had two previous very successful appointments with Sesame Care practitioners so this is not about Seame Care itself. However, Today I experienced a totally disastrous encounter with one Mr. Joseph Isibor, APRN. 1) Turned up 15 minutes late. 2) Did not connect online. 3) He was totally unprepared for a repeat patient 4) Exceptionally rude. 5) Unable to understand what was being relayed to him 6) Did not provide the service before hanging up on me Unbelievably, and totally unprofessional in his conduct.
