They don't make it clear what they can and cannot refill, but they're happy to take your money for an appointment. My call didn't even last a full minute.

I am tring to cancel my membership and it is next to impossible to cancel. Clicking on cancel membership text you to a customer service chat and then say there is no agent available and hangs up. I was expecting if you click on cancel membership it should cancel it. But it does not, but text you to a chatbot and you could never get talked to agent to actually cancel the membership.

First appointment the provider misdiagnosed me; after a brief description of my symptoms, she asked no questions and wrote a prescription, although there were two likely causes with very similar symptoms. Labs done later showed she assumed incorrectly and it was in fact the other likely cause. Second appointment I was online trying to test the microphone and camera when the provider connected 25 minutes early. She couldn't see or hear me so, she disconnected. Sesame Care says the provider will call if there are technical problems but, she didn't. She didn't even try again at the correct appointment time! Her phone number went straight to voicemail and Sesame Care went home for the day! The video-call set up also does not provide a way to confirm your microphone or camera are working properly. You can check some of the settings but, you don't get confirmation that they're actually correct and functioning, which led to the ruined appointment and a wasted half-day full of frustration! PS-Honest reviews at SesameCare.com?... I was asked for feedback but, when I indicated there was a problem, I was taken to their contact page instead of being able to provide a review.

Good timing and service but was promised a doctor's note would be emailed for my son to return to school. It never came, and after I emailed Sesame asking for help, I received none. They said they would get back to me and haven't.

You pay for an appointment and then don’t get your prescription.

This company must pay for the good reviews because I never saw a doctor. They kept texting that there were technical issues. They moved on to the provider no longer being available. They can give the refund or I’ll dispute the charge. No services were rendered. This is a trashy scamming company pretending to provide another option to health care.

This was a horrible experience! Please I beg if you do not fall for the scam. I paid for an office visit and the premium package. When the PA got on the call she was beyond unprofessional. The call didn’t last but 3 mins and I was told it would be malpractice if she called in any thyroid medications for me. They are obviously not trained very well. I have all my lab work showing I have thyroid disease I just need the medication and my pcp closed practice. I filed a complaint and they said oh well here is a discount for your next appt instead of refunding me. I had no service this is very unprofessional. I am a nurse for over 20 years and have never seen such nonsense. I am reporting them to the medical board and the better business bureau. To be clear NO ASSESSMENT WAS EVER DONE ON ME!!

Zero! This company is completely dishonest. I waited for an hour for my appointment and the provider never showed and they charged me and told me that I didn’t show. Emailing customer service was just an automatic reply that I should read their cancellation policy. I didn’t cancel. And customer service never answered the phone! The provider also did not answer the phone. Taking advantage of people who are in need of medical care is despicable. I am so extremely frustrated with their lack of care in every department. I highly recommend avoiding this company. It will cost you money and time you won’t get back. What a joke!
